The rapid spread of Covid-19 is driving countries to implement several measures to contain the virus. Where the first wave of infections has been overcome, easing of the measures ordered take effect. In Switzerland, federal measures have been greatly reduced. Instead, the cantons are now taking legislative action. In certain fields (e.g. education), a patchwork of cantonal regulations is the result. Our law firm is closely following developments and is implementing best practices in line with the legislation and recommendations of Swiss authorities, both Federal and Cantonal.
