Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Ltd. (MLL) has created an introductory video that gives an overview of their automated legal documents offered to the public via the PartnerVine website. In less than three minutes, let yourself be guided through the process of creating a legal document, from the selection of the desired document to the generation of the finished file, complete with screen captures.
As an innovative law firm MLL is the first Swiss firm to have launched automated legal documents to the public, in November last year. MLL now offers close to 100 Swiss legal templates in English, German and French. Some examples are confidentiality agreements, share purchase agreements, or entire document packages containing all the legal documents necessary for a certain type of requirement, such as for a merger agreement.
